She has worked as an adjunct professor, who lectured Business Ethics courses to students pursuing technology careers. She has experience in managing training design teams; facilitating needs, job, and task analyses; she designed and developed participant manuals, instructor guides, instructional aids for classroom and self-directed learning. Miss Edwards has conducted training for trainers and delivered instructor-led training as well as designed and administered evaluation instruments.
Her skill set also involves developing processes for job reengineering, creating professional learning materials. She also has skills in Leadership, Project management, Digital literacy, Result-driven Communication, Problem solving and is known as a Critical Thinker.
It is evident that people and programme development are her passion; exemplified through more than 30 years of successfully planning, leading and executing organizational and community programs. She specializes in adult learning, community partnerships and not-for-profit leadership. Her most recent accomplishments include the establishing of a global learning program for School Board of Broward County Middle School students.
She is a member of the logistics and professional development team of the company.

He has been a resident in the United Arab Emirates for the past nine years, where he initially taught English to grade 11 and grade 12 Emirati Boys. His growth as an educator extends to administrative duties; because of which Donovan has been a Deputy Principal, for the past five years, with the Ministry of Education at a Government School in Abu Dhabi.
He is the Founder and C.E.O. of Performance Coach Plus, which utilizes his skills to use Artificial Intelligence to improve athletes’ performance. He is a licensed sports agent as well as a certified Coach of basketball, football, and athletics.
While doing the much-needed work of a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Transformational Life Coach, where he works primarily with Youths, Donovan is also an International Motivational Speaker, a co-author of “Take 2 at Life”, and Host of Quaranteen Talk (a weekly Zoom Webinar), that is used to empower youths worldwide, while giving them a voice, as they prepare for the New World.

With over 20 years’ experience, Dr. Nick is a well sought after professional and throughout his career he has successfully empowered thousands 1000s of people across the globe to achieve their true potential.

He has been the recipient of numerous awards including: The Who’s Who
Award Among Students in American Colleges and Universities for Academic excellence; PAHO/WHO Award of Merit: Radio feature on Child Abuse; the Press Association of Jamaica (PAJ) National Journalism Award on Domestic Violence: Pan American Health Organization/PAHO Media Award for Excellence in Health Journalism (Best Documentary in the Radio Category; Recipient of Track and Field Scholarship to New York Institute of Technology; Recipient of the Prime Minister’s Medal of Appreciation for Education for the year 2017 and Recipient of the LASCO/MOE Principal of the year award 2007 – 2008.
He is a very active community member and as such sits on several boards,
committees, and voluntary organizations. He serves as a Justice of the Peace and member of the Clarendon Lay-Magistrate Association; a member of the Jamaica Administrative Athletic Association (JAAA) and Lay Preacher (Evangelist) at Denbigh United Church. He aspires to become a Minister of the Gospel of Truth. He has excellent motivational skills and is a sought-after speaker.
His writing skills has resulted in him co-authoring the popular Grade 4 Workbook-Leaps and Bounds in Literacy: Writing and Comprehension Skills (2005); and contributing a chapter to the scholarly text: Leadership for Success: The Jamaica School Experience (2017).
He strongly believes that each student is “Created for Excellence” and that the “Academic, Moral and Social Development of our students is our Shared Responsibility”

She is a graduate of The University of West Indies, Mona where she obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Psychology with a minor in Criminology (First Class Honours), thereafter, she held a Master of Science (MSc.) in Clinical Psychology (Distinction). Ms Nickiesha Passard also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training Development Institute.
Since 2015, she has worked in diverse settings including clinics, hospitals, counselling centers and schools, conducted psychological assessments, individual, couples and family therapy geared towards addressing numerous psychological concerns. She specializes in addressing grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and behavioural concerns. She has particular interest in working with adolescents, as she believes that they are at a critical stage of development that can affect their progression in life. Additionally, her passion for mental health care has led her to conduct research and public education workshops in areas of Self Esteem, Domestic Violence, Parenting and Self Harm.
She has published in the Pan American Journal of Public Health which focused on “Intimate Partner Homicide-Suicide in Jamaica” and in the Health Education Journal which focused on “Using Faith-Based Organizations to promote Mental Health Education for underserved populations in Jamaica.” She is guided by the principle “Your mind is like a GPS, it can take you anywhere you want to go” and “Past pain, hurt and disappointments doesn’t have to define you, instead, use it to refine you.”
She is a member of the team where she serves as serves as an Associate Clinical Psychologist.

Ms. Nikida Walker is a trained counsellor and therapist with qualifications such as Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Psychology & History; a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDipEd) and a Master of Arts (MA) Counselling (Specialization Marriage & Family Therapy).
She maintains the conviction, that life does not always take the turns that we expect it to. Sometimes traumatic incidents happen that can derail us from where we want to be. Consequently, she considers it her job as your therapist to walk with you. To help you to discover that what you thought was the end, is simply an opportunity to pivot. We turn, look for another possibility in another direction or discover new possibilities right where we are. Ms. Walker will help you to clearly see that you are not alone and that there is always hope, even in challenging times.
We look for the light on even the darkest days, as we walk together.
She specializes in helping clients to heal from abuse, heal from trauma, stress, expression, and panic attacks and anxiety. Her skill set also allows for grief & loss counseling, pre-marital and relationship counselling, female empowerment as well as career guidance She is guided by the principle “There is always a way around, you just need to find it”. She has worked successfully in the UK, Jamaica and USA, with demonstrated expertise and success in managing organizational growth, employee development, diversity awareness, workplace violence prevention, and conflict resolution initiatives.
She is a Professor emerita, Mediator and Business Consultant, with a keen interest in organizational change, training and development, employee relations, and cultural competency. Dr. Davis is also a trained performing artist (Dr Sue) who worked and continues to work professionally and creatively in the US, Bahamas, Africa, and Jamaica. She has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing several employee development and creative models that have been implemented.
She also makes presentations at conferences nationally and internationally. She has trained and developed high performance, multicultural project teams; facilitated the growth of Organizational, Communication and Leadership Skills; has efficient event planning and coordination skills; offers Mediation and Counselling to individuals and groups and is a proactive troubleshooter and problem solver with strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
She serves the team as chief human resource consultant for the companies.

She has a range of counselling skills which she uses to assist teachers, administrative and ancillary staff and students as needed; and provided individual and group counselling to students, parents and teachers and other staff members. She is a dynamic multifaceted counselor and mediator who is able to competently deal with a wide arrear if issues to include: abuse, rape, molestation, suicide, depression, violent acts, family crisis, financial problems, conflicts, grief and loss and divorce. She has been the coordinator of the Programme of Advancement Through Health and Education Programme (PATH). This is a programme funded by the World Bank and the government through which vulnerable students are assisted.
She also supervises the Health and Family Life Education Programme; a programme through which life skills are expected to develop. Mrs. Mills -Johnson possesses excellent planning and logistics skills. She volunteers as the Treasurer and Media Watch Chairperson for the Jamaica Association of Guidance Counsellors in Education Region 6 and is currently the Secretary for the Jamaica Association of Guidance Counsellors in Education, Region 7. She has worked with the Ministry of Education as a Trainer for the delivery of the National Standards Curriculum and has completed training with the National College of Educational Leadership in “Virtual Integrated Leadership. Mrs. Mills- Johnson is a guidance counsellor who is certified in various aspects of counselling including: children and the law, dealing with suicide, grief and loss, and matters of protocol.
She is currently the Guidance Counsellor at Vere Technical High School and caters to a population of over two thousand students and more than 160 staff members.
She serves the team as Counsellor.

She has a PhD in Nutrition, a MSc. Degree in Nutrition, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biochemistry and Zoology as well as a diploma in Teaching (Science Education). She also has a Certificate in Supervisory Management and was licensed as a Primary and then as a Master Sports Nutritionist with the US National Association of Sports Nutrition.
She is the Treasurer and a past president of the Jamaica Association of Professionals in Nutrition and Dietetics (JAPINAD), a member of the Caribbean Association of Nutritionists and Dietitians (CANDi), the Society of Nutrition Education and Behaviour (SNEB); as well as of the Jamaica Statistical Society (JSS).
Her research interests include consumer nutrition education, household food security, adolescent health and eating behaviours; as well as science education. She is a central member in the empowerment arm of the company and will coordinate the health and wellness portfolio of the 16 business.
